We have perfected our own recipe for arroz con leche. Here it is:
1/2 cup of sugar
1 cup of long grain rice
2 cups of milk
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
A dash of vanilla
Boil and stir on high in a saucepan until reaching a sticky consistency. Add more milk after it is finished cooking to reach your consistency of preference. (Nikki likes it extra gooey, and Kelley David likes it kind of runny).

It is also delicious frozen into little popsicles, but they fall apart rather quickly.
