Tonight we went to the beach again! This time for our friend's birthday party. We were going to go for a swim together while other people could watch our stuff, but it was so COLD! We just walked along the shore line with the waves crashing against our feet. We met loads of new people. Some who are from the United States, South America, Scotland, and a few who are actually from Spain. We talked to a few girls who are living here but really want to go to Utah. They asked a lot of questions about what it is like in Utah. This is not something I thought we would encounter. The party was a blast! There was paddle ball, Frisbee, and I'm sure we could've joined in on some volleyball. After some games and fun we had some food before heading home. Oh! I almost forgot! When we were heading home we were stopped by metro security! They had a huge group of officers checking everybody's tickets. We are sure glad we are honest people because of course we had them. The fine if you don't is 100 euros! (roughly $130) We made it past the blitz checkpoint and had a safe journey home. A late night but a fun night!
(Ready to head to the Beach Birthday Party!)\
Tuesday:
Another fun evening at the beach! We left soon after work so that we could get there quickly and enjoy the daylight. There seems to be more and more people coming to the beach.
